When you are in constant pain it can be unbearable and take over you daily life.

For chronic pain, hypnosis can be used to put the pain in the background where it isn’t noticed by the conscious mind. Hypnosis can help alleviate the pain through assisting you in developing new and healthy ways of dealing with the underlying cause. This may include creating strategies for handling unconscious stress responses, learning how to process your emotions in a healthy way and deal with internal conflicts you may be having.
